Inventory and Resources Manager

Indianapolis, IN
Full Time
Mid Level

BRAVAS is the nation's #1 luxury home technology integrator, completing more than 3,400 residential and commercial projects across the U.S. each year. We install and service advanced smart home systems, including lighting, shades, A/V, networking, security, and more, for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders.
We're looking for an Inventory & Resources Manager to keep our Naples operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:

This is a resource management role, not a traditional warehouse position. You'll own the full lifecycle of our A/V and smart home technology equipment from receiving and logging through distribution to field technicians while keeping our internal tracking system accurate and up to date. You'll also handle administrative coordination for our vehicle fleet and support the operations team with logistics and paperwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and check in incoming A/V equipment and materials
    • Flagging discrepancies or damage immediately
  • Log all inventory movements in NetSuite (ERP), including receipts, distributions to technicians, returns, and reconciliations with accounting
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for field projects; process all returns within 24 hours of receipt
  • Maintain organized stock locations and conduct regular physical inventory counts
  • Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and return documentation
  • Coordinate vehicle fleet logistics as needed
  • Support project managers and technicians with resource requests and material staging
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace at all times

What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years of inventory management, warehouse coordination, or operations experience
  • Proficiency with ERP or inventory management software; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with a high attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks; documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift 10–50 lbs; occasionally lift items over 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday

Bravas Benefits:

  • Be part of the team behind some of the most impressive smart homes in the country
  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays

All candidate information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
