The Role
The Bravas Service Coordinator is responsible for allocating the company’s deployable service resources. The SC will schedule the arrival dates for technicians and subcontractors to arrive at job sites, while ensuring adequate communication with the client. The position will also maintain records of completed work or deliveries to assist with Service Invoicing and warranty information. The scheduler may also be required to communicate expected shipping to affected clients.

Responsibilities:
           

  • Provide Sales positions with available dates for requested resources 
  • Update work orders and job software so that all parties are up to speed on dispatch details 
  • Seek verification from warehouse and purchasing managers regarding expected arrival of products 
  • Manage all communications of upcoming appointments to customers including delays and late arrivals. 
  • Obtain gate codes and site access requirements and communicate to deployed teams 
  • Prioritize resources in alignment company values ensuring customer’s needs are met 
  • Inform all parties of delays, cancellations and any scheduling restrictions 
  • Participate in departmental meetings as required 
  • Modify schedule as needed. 
  • Read daily notes, disseminate reported information appropriately, and coordinate required action items 
  • Schedule effectively regarding priority of service needs, drive time and expected technician efficiency 
  • Be able to deal with high profile clients and their personnel 
  • Fiscal responsibility for all assets assigned and property within SM’s care 
  • Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers 
  • Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security 
  • Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and put the pieces of a puzzle together.
  • Time management and logistics experience would be beneficial.
  • Computer skills needed with the ability to become competent in-house job management software.
  • Ability to manage time wisely while unsupervised is an advantage. 


Physical Requirements:

  • May require standing or stooping for extended periods
  • Ability to work in tight spaces & at ladder height
